At Xcursion Offroad, our products are made and fulfilled through trusted production partners. Because different products may be fulfilled by different facilities, processing and delivery times can vary by product.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and sent to production shortly after they are placed. Production and fulfillment times vary depending on the product, fulfillment facility, order volume, and time of year.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has completed production and has been handed over to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

• Carrier delays
• Weather and other circumstances beyond our control
• Peak holiday and promotional periods

Multiple Fulfillment Partners

Because Xcursion Offroad products may be fulfilled by different production partners, items purchased in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

If your order contains products fulfilled by multiple suppliers, you may receive several packages and separate tracking notifications.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on qualifying bundles totaling $75 or more. Free shipping may also be offered as part of special promotions or limited-time offers.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will provide tracking information when it is available. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the package has been shipped.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Delays

Xcursion Offroad is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

During holidays, major sales events, or periods of unusually high demand, production and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Xcursion Offroad, our apparel and products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at support@xcursionoffroad.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Because orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once production has begun.

Wrong Size or Incorrect Product

Please carefully review the size chart and product information before placing your order.

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges simply because an item does not fit as expected or the wrong size was selected.

If you received a different product than what you ordered, please contact us at support@xcursionoffroad.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing issue, please contact us at support@xcursionoffroad.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the problem

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions if a return is necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order reshipped.
