First 10 Founding Crew Members Receive a Free Xcursion Offroad Decal Kit
1. Promotion
To celebrate the launch of Xcursion Offroad, the first ten (10) eligible individuals who successfully subscribe to the Xcursion Offroad newsletter during the promotional period will receive one (1) complimentary Xcursion Offroad decal kit.
This promotion is referred to as the “Founding Crew Promotion.”
2. Promotion Period
The Founding Crew Promotion begins when the Xcursion Offroad newsletter signup becomes available and continues until the earlier of:
- 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on November 15, 2026; or
- The first ten (10) eligible subscribers have successfully qualified for the promotion.
Once ten (10) eligible subscribers have qualified, the promotion is closed and no additional decal kits will be awarded.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age;
- Are legal residents of the United States;
- Successfully subscribe to the Xcursion Offroad newsletter during the Promotion Period; and
- Provide a valid email address.
Employees, owners, officers, and immediate family members of Xcursion Offroad may be excluded from participation at the Sponsor's discretion.
4. How to Qualify
No purchase is necessary.
To qualify, an eligible individual must successfully subscribe to the Xcursion Offroad newsletter through the official Xcursion Offroad website during the Promotion Period.
The first ten (10) eligible newsletter subscribers, based on the date and time their subscription is successfully recorded by Xcursion Offroad's email marketing system, will qualify to receive the complimentary decal kit.
Each individual is limited to one (1) decal kit.
Multiple email addresses, duplicate subscriptions, fraudulent submissions, automated submissions, or submissions made for the purpose of obtaining more than one decal kit may be disqualified.
5. Decal Kit
Each qualifying participant will receive one (1) Xcursion Offroad decal kit.
The exact decal designs, colors, sizes, and quantities may vary based on availability.
Xcursion Offroad reserves the right to substitute comparable decal designs or products if the advertised decal kit becomes unavailable.
The decal kit has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or another product.
6. Notification and Mailing Address
Each of the first ten (10) qualifying participants will be notified by email using the email address provided when subscribing to the Xcursion Offroad newsletter.
Once notified that they have qualified to receive the decal kit, the participant must respond to the notification email with their full domestic mailing address in order to receive the decal kit.
The participant's mailing address should include:
- Full name;
- Street address;
- Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable;
- City;
- State; and
- ZIP code.
Participants must provide a complete and accurate domestic mailing address within 15 days of receiving the notification email.
If a qualifying participant does not respond within the specified period, fails to provide a complete domestic mailing address, or is otherwise unable to receive the decal kit, Xcursion Offroad may, at its discretion, offer the decal kit to the next eligible subscriber.
7. Shipping
Xcursion Offroad will provide standard domestic shipping at no charge to each qualifying participant.
Shipping is limited to valid addresses within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
International shipping is not included in this promotion.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Xcursion Offroad is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the participant.
8. Newsletter Subscription
By subscribing to the Xcursion Offroad newsletter, participants agree to receive email communications from Xcursion Offroad, including company news, launch announcements, product information, promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Xcursion Offroad marketing emails.
If a participant qualifies as one of the first ten eligible subscribers, subsequently unsubscribing from the newsletter will not affect their eligibility to receive the decal kit.
9. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
Purchasing any Xcursion Offroad product or service is not required to participate in or qualify for this promotion.
Purchasing products does not provide an advantage or priority over other participants.
10. Verification and Administration
Xcursion Offroad will determine eligibility and the order in which qualifying subscriptions were received using the information recorded by its email marketing and website systems.
Xcursion Offroad's determination of eligibility and qualification for the promotion will be final, subject to applicable law.
Xcursion Offroad reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
11. Modification or Termination
Xcursion Offroad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it impractical to continue the promotion as described.
If the promotion is modified or terminated, Xcursion Offroad will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change through its website or other appropriate channels.
12. Privacy
Information collected through the newsletter signup will be handled in accordance with the Xcursion Offroad Privacy Policy.
Information may be used to administer this promotion, fulfill the decal kit, communicate with participants, and provide newsletter and marketing communications consistent with the participant's subscription preferences.
13. General
By participating in the Founding Crew Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
